Criteria for above positions
All candidates should be passionate and enthusiastic about helping others to learn and have an in-depth knowledge of their subject matter.
Programme Trainer Criteria
A relevant qualification in the subject they wish to teach (eg, ITEC, NCEF)
A minimum of two years experience working within the relevant industry
A relevant teaching/training qualification OR be currently enrolled on a teaching/training programme
Assistant Trainer Criteria
Candidates should be willing to work alongside programme trainers and commit to up skilling and development. They should also have
A relevant qualification in the subject they wish to teach (eg, ITEC, NCEF)
A minimum of one years experience working within the relevant industry
A relevant teaching/training qualification OR be currently enrolled on a teaching/training programme OR be willing to partake on a teaching/training programme
